  I do not see your website URL, but as long as you say that new version auto-loaded, it looks like you work in Block editor now. If you see something different than below, please let us know.

  There are two ways to amend text in block editor:

  1) amend text color of whole block:
  

  2) amend color of only a part of text in a block:
