  Since Thursday, January 25, 2018 the news to the fan page and twitter stopped publishing! We do not know what could have happened, we urgently need support, please, thank you!

  If this is about a WordPress.com site you own, based on your description, it looks like your Publicize setup is facing issues.

  You can visit the Publicize settings section here https://wordpress.com/sharing to ensure that the integration with your Twitter page and Facebook page are normal. You can try disconnecting and reconnecting again to see if it helps.

  If this is about https://www.grupointelecto.cl/, note that it’s a self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) site and the Jetpack integration doesn’t seem to valid either.

  I am also tagging the post with “modlook” for the WordPress.com staff’s attention.

  Thanks for the site URL. radiosago.cl is not connected to WordPress.com.

  I ran the site through the Jetpack debugging tool at https://jetpack.com/support/debug/ and it is not actively connected to the Jetpack plugin. This could be your issue. Please contact their support directly for further help with Jetpack.
