The Newsletter Plugin Popup Maker Won’t Disable

    Hello,

    We recently downloaded the Newsletter plugin by Stefano Lissa and have been working on setting it up and so far everything has been going great. However, one add-on for the plugin, Popup Maker, will not disable and keeps showing up on our website, even after deactivating it and deleting it the popup window appears, but displays a copy of our website in the popup window. The add-on also doesn’t display in the add-ons manager. We have the premium version of the Newsletter plug-in, so it’s not a matter of not having the right access.

    We reached out to the plugin author for support and we are waiting to hear back, but in the meantime we were wondering if there was anything you could do to help us? The current theme we use does not allow for us to view the source code so that we can remove it that way so we feel stuck at the moment.

    Any input or solutions would be greatly received.

    The site vitaminhippy.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Hostgator Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

    To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and Hostgator also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here.
