The one day has pass but site my site not shows any WordAds

  • Unknown's avatar

I bought the Jetpack Security plan yesterday to monetize my site using top ads (header-based) but after one day pass my site didn’t show any automated ads from WordAds after I enable it for the top site (header).

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there!

Pulling up Jetpack’s support document on WordAds, they have some troubleshooting steps:

Ads are enabled. Why don’t they show up?

If you have any plugins for minifying JavaScript, try deactivating those and see if it helps.

Check that the area where you’re displaying ads is large enough. For example, if you have a very narrow sidebar that is smaller than the ads, no ads will be displayed there.

If you still have trouble, reach out to Jetpack support for help:

    Contact Support

    I hope that helps!

I have the same settings of the cache plugin on my other site that loads WordAds but other websites didn’t load WordAds even WordAds settings are the same as my other site that doesn’t have any problem with WordAds.

https://www.ivlogyt.com/ (This site loads WordAds on top of the header)
https://gadgetbond.com/ (This site does not load any of the ads from WordAds on top of the header, I also enable an extra spot for Jetpack ads in the sidebar, archive (at below, as per Jetpack Ads location from Jetpack Ads settings) so I can is there any ads loads by WordAds, but sadly, didn’t got any luck.

Note: Both sites are already monetized by Google AdSense, so you will see the ads by Google. ivlogyt.com has only one Jetpack ad at the top of the header position while the gadgetbond.com have the two extra location for Jetpack ads.

We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re not able to access the backend of your site to take a closer look.

Since you have a Jetpack Security plan, you can get priority support from Jetpack here and they’ll be better able to help:

    Contact Support

    Thank you
