The option doesn't appear in my dashboard

i want to delete my blog, but the option Delete blog doesn’t appears in my dashboard. Can you do something? Or you can’t make an exception and delete my account. Please, i don’t use this account because i don’t understand wordpress. Please do something. Thanks

Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog you can delete it by using these instructions. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Please note that deleted blog URLs are not recycled.

If those instructions do not work for you then post the URL starting with http:// of the blog you want to delete.
