The option to eliminate the URL field from the comment form

It would be helpful to have the option to eliminate the URL field from the comment form.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m sorry but we cannot do that. Moreover, setting up anonymous commenting is akin to throwing down a welcome mat to every spammer and phisher out there. See here http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#comment-moderation
This page > Settings > Discussion is where you set up defaults for comments.

Other comment settings
_Comment author must fill out name and e-mail
_Users must be registered and logged in to commentNote that the prompt to submit and email address and a website URL will still appear, but providing an email address and logging in are not required, and you cannot change this so the prompt does not appear.
You can post instructions for your visitors in a text widget if you wish to set up anonymous commenting. That’s easy to do. You copy and paste this into a text widget: https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/
Readers: Note that the email address and logging in prompts do appear for comments on this blog, but providing an email address and logging in are not required.

Thank you for your response.
Yes, I understand setting up anonymous commenting is not a good idea. I was not wanting an option to have the name and email fields removed, only the URL field.
Sometimes when a commenter leaves a comment (s)he either fills in the URL or their website URL is entered by default. Because that information may cause a safety and identity issue for the commenter (our website deals with domestic violence) the admins of the blog manually remove the URL to help protect our commenters. While we do try to educate our commenters on how to comment safely on the blog, there are still times when a URL slips through. So having only the URL field as an option would be helpful.
Thank you again for your time and response.

Perhaps you would prefer to disable comments and use contact forms instead. You can customize the fields in a contact form. https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
All WordPress blogs by default have comments open on all Pages and Posts. Your visitors click the post tiles or the comment links or comment bubbles on the front page of the blog and they are directed to the full post appearing on it’s own page where the comment boxes appear at the end of the posts.
You can enable and disable comments on free hosted WordPress.com blogs on this page > Settings > Discussion Discussion settings is where you set up defaults for comments.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/You can override the default settings and enable or disable future comments on any individual post or page.

You can reveal it by clicking on Screen Options http://en.support.wordpress.com/screen-options/ on the top right corner of your Admin page, and checking the box that says Discussion so the module is included. http://en.support.wordpress.com/modules/#list-of-modules
