The option to REPLY or COMMENT to a post is not showing

  I have put up over a hundred WordPress websites and don’t remember this happening before. I have tried five different themes now and none of them are allowing comments/replies. I made a website for a friend who wants to add her replies to each post … but does not see how to comment to the post. I also do not see a comment or reply prompt anywhere. My settings are set to allow comments. The website is here: https://prayersforheidi.wordpress.com/

  Ah ha … I had COMMENTS turned off by mistake when I posted the first comment … I see how I had to do two things … first turn comments on for all posts … and then display that first post and look under DISCUSSIONS and turn comments on for that post (it remained off when I turned commenting on since it had already been posted)
