  Hi, I have been using the account associated with an email (email visible only to moderators and staff). The email is registered in wordpress and was able to access until I switched the website page to a new domain that registered under same account amywanghiller.com.
  Now sinceI used bluehost to manage the website thrivexstrive, the (email visible only to moderators and staff) and amywanghiller.com even… is unable to access…

  Please help! the recovery of my account is through an email linked with my company, that unable to access through the other account of ME.
