    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with your client’s site. It seems like your site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress, and is being hosted through a different provider. At Automattic, we have certain limitations in assisting with sites that aren’t hosted on our WordPress.com managed hosting, simply because we don’t have direct access to investigate issues on these sites.

Our WordPress.com managed hosting (https://wordpress.com/hosting/) offers a range of benefits, including direct support from our team, simplified site management, and security features, among others.

Of course, if you’re interested in moving your sites, we also offer an easy-to-use migration plugin which could make the transition smoother. I’ll share more on that option below.

However, we do understand you’re facing an immediate issue and may need quick assistance. In this regard, you may wish to reach out to the Community Support forums for the open-source version of WordPress. There’s a large user community there including the version that your host uses. They may be more equipped to help you.

Again, I’m sorry we aren’t able to assist directly, but I hope these resources may prove helpful. Please let us know if you have more questions or need further clarification.

Thank you @staff-totoro for your reply. The sites I am working on are not linked to this one. They are hosted domains. I have upped the memory, checked config files as well as reset the htaccess files and I am still experiencing the same thing.

Thank you @staff-totoro for your reply. The sites I am working on are not linked to this one. They are hosted domains. I have upped the memory, checked config files as well as reset the htaccess files and I am still experiencing the same thing.

    Thank you for confirming!

In this case, you should consider starting a thread in WordPress.org community forums, as suggested earlier:

We can’t provide help for self-hosted WordPress sites at WordPress.com.
