The Page Isn't working

I just spent 71 dollars on one theme and 62 dollars on a different theme in attempt to set up my website. The first theme didn’t work, even though I reset all of my wordpress settings and reinstalled. I have spent all this money and when I went to install my second theme in hopes that the authors of the first one will refund me. the site broke. And now I’m unable to do anything. i cant even access my dashboard. it just says ‘This page isn’t working’ when I go to the website. I’m very scared that I’ve lost a lot of money and I don’t know what to do. I have been battling just getting a simple web page for 12 hours now and this is my only day off. Please help me.

It is hard to do much troubleshooting, as the website is unavailable to view.
Given what I can see, I am wondering if your site is over at WordPress.org,
rather than here at WordPress.com.
If your site is with .org you should post in their forums, which you can reach here, https://wordpress.org/support/
As here in these forums, we deal solely with WordPress.com issues.

For themes you bought from third-party providers, please contact the theme providers directly for support or refunds – the self-hosted forums also won’t be able to help you with that.
We cannot help with the self-hosted software in this forum, and we also can’t help with a theme we didn’t develop or help with a refund on something we didn’t sell.
