The page isn’t working-HTTP ERROR 500-Website is currently unable to handle this request-

    Earlier today I accessed my WordPress site with no issues then 2 hours later around 3pm when I tried to log on to my wordpress site through Google and the page with the warning came up.

    The www…………………..com page isn’t working-
    www…………………………..com Website is currently unable to handle this request-
    HTTP ERROR 500

    the same happened for http://www……………………com/ page
    the reload button did not fix it.

    However the linked site https://…………………………wordpress.com/ is accessible so I don’t understand why one is working and not the other.
    Please help me to get back on my site. I am not very technical and will need specific instructions if I am to do it myself. Preferably I need someone with tech know-how to do it for me.

    Sorry but you are in the wrong place.
    These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.
    http://wordpress.org/support/

    If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you’ll need to register one there.
