The parent attribute does not work

  The parent attribute is not working properly. The parent option is not visible. I have used Firefox and also Internet Explorer, but both have the same problem.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Now it works, I hadn’t any page published. Therefore there was no parent.
