    … today, I want to renew my plan but I can’t because the payment is i disabled, please help, I don’t want to lose my data

    @arabskyparfyum – I’m showing the payments team already resolved your purchasing issue. You should be able to make that transaction again from your dashboard.

    @arabskyparfyum – Also, looking at your past payment attempts, when we try to bill the card on file, we get the message that the transaction was declined by your bank.

    It’s pretty common for banks to flag transactions they’re not familiar with – you would simply need to contact your bank and let them know that this is a valid transaction.
