  I submitted a payment for the subscription. However, it’s not progressing and has been finalising now for hours. I can’t access my account because it’s still going on. Could you urgently help me, please?

  On our end I did not see any errors in our payment logs and it sounds like you did not see any error messages on your end. Have you contacted your bank/credit card company to confirm they are not blocking transactions on their side?
