the pdf function has stopped working in woocommerce

    up until a few days ago, when i clicked pdf’s such as invoice or packing slip, pdf opened. no more…

    I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

    Hi there,

    Whether PDF files open or download when you click them depends on your browser, so if this has changed recently a change in a browser update is the most likely reason.

    Neither WooCommerce nor the WordPress software itself has any control over how PDF links behave when clicked. There’s a query string you can add to a file link to force-download it, but that’s something you’d need to do manually when you add the link to a post/page. WordPress/WooCommerce doesn’t add anything like that automatically.
