  Is the pexels (WordPress) free photos library available to those who have a free WordPress plan, or is it only available to users who have a paid plan?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  This is available with a free plan, yes.
  You can access the Free Photo Library by going to My Site > Site > Media, clicking on the image icon (in the main menu bar) and selecting ‘Free Photo Library’ from the drop down menu.

  Thank you so much. No, I have a paid plan, but a friend who has a free plan said the WordPress free photo library wasn’t available to him. I’ll let him know and ask him to contact the WordPress happiness engineers if he’s having problems with accessing the free photos library.
