The photos in all of my posts are not publishing correctly.

  I wrote a new post today and when I published it, I noticed that all of my photos are messed up. Some are repeated many times in the post and others are not showing up at all. I looked back at previous posts that published correctly and they are now messed up too. The text is fine, the photos are really messed up. Is there a bug going around? In draft form, the post looks right.
