Hi, I’m trying to back up my site using the wordpress to dropbox program. I understand I need to go to my plugins option in WordPress. But it is not there (it should show under appearance, shouldn’t it?).
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You are confusing wordpress.COM hosted blogs like yours and wordpress.ORG software installs. Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
For that type of functionality you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.
