Hi there,
I’d love to help, but it seems that your website is hosted on a different platform (Namecheap) and not here on WordPress.com.
Since your site is self-hosted using the WordPress.org software, we recommend contacting your hosting provider, Namecheap, for assistance. Additionally, you can post on the WordPress.org support forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. The community there is very knowledgeable and can provide guidance to help resolve your issue.
That said, if you’re interested in a more hands-off approach to managing your website, I’d like to invite you to explore moving your website to WordPress.com. Our managed hosting service at WordPress.com offers a convenient, worry-free solution for maintaining your website. With automatic updates for WordPress installation, plugins, and themes, your site remains secure and up-to-date. In addition, our platform provides daily backups, ensuring you can easily restore your site if needed. Enhanced security measures protect your website from threats and vulnerabilities, while our expert support team is readily available to assist you with any questions or issues. In short, we take care of the technical aspects, allowing you to focus on creating content for your site and growing your online presence.
If you’d like to learn more about migrating your website to WordPress.com, please visit our migration guide: https://wordpress.com/support/import/import-an-entire-wordpress-site/
I hope this information is helpful. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
