The PlugIns menu item has no 'add new' option

    Hi there
    I have a site I’ve built that I now need to export as the client wants to host this themselves.
    I’ve been advised to use Updraft – But I cannot add this into my WordPress site as the Plugin option in the ‘Black’ sidebar only takes me to the ‘Blue’ interface – And from the ‘Blue’ interface all I get is a list of already installed plugins with ‘upgrade’ options wherever they might be applicable.
    There is NO option to add a new plugin anywhere on this screen.
    The site is built using a free template and within the free version of WordPress.
    Help! – How can I add/install this – And how can I export my complete site if I cannot [???] add this plugin in?

    Hi.
    Only the Business Plan has the possibility to add Google Analytics as an additional plugin. Otherwise we cannot add to the plugins that are already built in to the WordPress.com platform.
