The plugins tab is not showing up.

  I recently made my blog like 2 weeks ago and now am learning all the different things i can do with it. I wanted to upload some plugins but the plugins tab isn’t there. Like not showing up at all!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes anything at all stated here http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  FTP access, plugins and third party themes are available only for VIP bloggers http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ or for those with WordPress.ORG installs.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate. if you require plugins, a shopping cart, etc. then you must hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. http://wordpress.org/ Then you can move your content from the free hosted WordPress.com blog into the WordPress.org install. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/

  There is no “fixing” here at WordPress.com. Nothing is broken.

  You hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up a WordPress.org software install. http://wordpress.org/ Then you export your content out of the WordPress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/ and import it into the WordPress.org install.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have separate logins. We do not provide support for WordPress.ORG software installs here at WordPress.COM

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

  Read the entire post. WordPress.com is a turnkey blogging solution that is not broken.
