The 'Post Author' section is not available in my Post editing page

We want to change the authors on several of our posts, but the ‘Post Author’ section isn’t available on our post editing page. How do we enable this section?
We’re using the Baskerville theme.

What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?
