Hi there!
If you’re using the new editor, then you should see the tags and categories module by the side. I’ve highlighted what this should look like to you here:
https://cloudup.com/cSBpszA2FsLIf that module’s not showing up in the new editor for you, then would you be able to send me a screenshot of what exactly is showing? I can then pass this along to our team to look into further. We have a guide for making a screenshot here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/Also, are you able to see the module in a different browser, such as Google Chrome? If you can let me know the extra details, I’ll be happy to help troubleshoot this issue further with you.

Thank you very much for the help.
As mentioned by me in a later message, I have found that by mistake I edited new PAGE rather than a new POST so tags and categories module did not show.
Recently I can not browse my blog via Microsoft Explorer, only with Google Chrome. Is there a reason you are aware of regarding WordPress and Microsoft Explorer?

Hi There!
I was able to browse on your site with Internet Explorer. This screenshot was taken from Internet Explorer 11:
It appears comparable with what I see in Firefox on a Mac:
We do our best to keep everything on WordPress.com cross-browser compatible, but there are many functions that do not appear correctly on Internet Explorer 8 or earlier:
Were you using a version of Internet Explorer either 8 or earlier? If so, we recommended downloading the latest browser version. You can find links to those here:

Hi Alex G.

In Chrome everything is OK.
Please help,
Thanks

Hi Uri,
I navigated around your site on Internet Explorer 11 without any technical issues. Here is a screencast:
If the tab is completely crashing it sounds like this is more likely an issue with your browser setup or your internet connection. If you disable your browser add-ons does this error still occur?

Hi Alex,
Thanks again.
In fact all other websites I am used to browse in are working perfectly, while WP is stucked after the screen is uploaded. This is why I called for help from you. Otherwise I would blame my IE configuration-settings.

Hi Uri,
Thank you for that clarification.
The underlying issue may still be a browser setting or a browser add-on and how that setting or add-on interacts with WordPress.com.
Since I cannot replicate any issues browsing your site on IE 11 without add-ons, that’s the next thing I’d like to test, if we can isolate what settings are causing the error. This is why I asked if the crash still happens when you browse the site with add-ons disabled. Were you able to test that out?
If you can visit the site long enough to get screenshots of your HTTP headers before it crashes, that would be helpful as well:
