the premium plan i paid for is gone

  i paid for a premium plan and mapping for my domain name http://www.ego-ole.com but only for me to log in now and nothing is working and my premium plan has been reset to free. why please? can you fix this?

  ok i get this. still doesnt explain why my account is set as free though. i nearly re-upgraded thinking i got it wrong the first time.
