The Pressure Seal Store – Add New Page

    I’m trying to add a new page to one of our sites, http://thepressuresealstore.com/, but I’m unable to. I get this error when trying to add a new page ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to edit this post.’. I also tried editing an existing page but I get this error ‘Updating failed. Error message: The response is not a valid JSON response.’ This site was not originally set up in WordPress, it was brought over to our multi-site. I’m not sure if you can help but I’ve tried everything. Can you please let me know?

    Hi there!

    I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Liquid Web.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
