The price of a domain and hosting

  I am interested in these: I want to buy a domain to host it on WordPress. Example “http://www.personal.com” as it would cost each yearly. What domains are for life. “. com,. uk, .eu ‘,etc. Thanks in advance

  Register a new domain through WordPress.com

  Before Upgrading – Important Notes
  WordPress.com currently only supports registering domains with the extensions .com, .org or .net. You can still map domains with other extensions to your blog – you just have to register them with another registrar and then map them to your blog. The same goes if you already have a domain registered. Registering a domain through WordPress.com is much easier, but it’s not required.

  Also, please note that WordPress.com automatically removes the “www” from all URLs.
