The price that must be paid…
-
Having to read your blog in a narrow column and being limited in width of the page, the price I must pay for not “upgrading”? I have to say it is rather annoying to have to squint at the text when writing and I have a double wide flat screen monitor. Even with Firefox using the “ctrl +” gives me bigger text, but then I just get 2 words on a column width of a blog page. This is annoying as trying to read “War & Peace” in font size “50”.
just curious if there is something I am missing.

You’re using a theme with a narrow header and small font. Try another theme that offers different options.

You can preview your blog’s content in other WordPress.com themes via your Dashboard’s Design>Themes and then clicking on a thumbnail. This opens a preview “layer”. If you like what you see, you activate the new theme by clicking on the link in the upper right hand corner of that layer.
