  I forgot my login/passowrd to my site but get billed for it. I have gone on the Forum where it asked for my Recipt info. I went to the site and entered it and it says ‘No Record’. I just got charged again for my site. Here is the lastest info.

  Transaction ID: [redacted]

  I have about given up. Do you actually have Help people besides the Forum?
