The Read More Tag in text

  Helo
  I have a problem, I tried use The Read More Tag in text in one of my sides (not in blogs but in side) and it didn’t work…
  I have question – it’s working only in blog or I did something wrong (I watched this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0bS1RWRbao8
  and I did exacly this same what this lady doing, and worked in blog but didn’t in normal subpage)

  Hi,

  The More tag works best with blog posts.

  The More Tag can be used in pages, but the split will only be visible in certain themes, for example those that display content from pages on the home page.

  As an alternative for pages, you may want to consider using Pagination instead.

  Nooo…not really. I read that before I asked you :)
  It didn’t work….I mean I want split text in one of my pages, not in home page or blog page…

  Is there a another option?

  I believe the only alternative you have is to use Pagination, as stated in the quote above.

  You can split a page up into different web pages so that it has pagination. Try typing: <!–nextpage–> into the HTML editor where you would like your page breaks to appear.
