The reader erases likes on many blogs and ends at & hours saying "no more posts"

  Yesterday I noticed many posts on the reader had, for example, 22 comments and 4 likes. This means the likes are being erased.
  Today I am able to read 7 hours of posts and then the reader stalls and says, ”Sorry there are no more posts.” There are another 7 or 8 hours worth of posts I want to read including my own. It also says, ”Check out Fressly Pressed.”
  Frustrating. Please don’t say the ”problem is at my end,” as it is affected many bloggers. Also your contact forms don’t work.
  Would you fix the reader please?

  Hi Cindy,

  Let’s take each thing by itself and see what we can do.

  • Contact forms not working: Can you provide some more description about the problem. The contact forms to reach support? The one that you can add to your site? What is occurring that isn’t or what isn’t that should?
  • Regarding the reader and about of scrollback: The reader is set to display up to 60 days worth of posts currently. Investigating your account specifically, I was able to scroll back four days before stopping. My initial hypothesis is, depending on how quickly you’re scrolling down, if the number of images, etc loading from the posts above is sufficient enough to slow the connection down drastically, that may “timeout” the loading of new posts, resulting in this situation. Another related hypothesis is a connectivity issue.
  • Regarding the likes, do you have a link to a post experiencing this particular problem and what is concluding you to report the likes as being erased.

  I appreciate your patience as we get this additional information that will aid us in determining what could be at issue.
