The recipients of my blog cannot read it without a WordPress account.

  I have emailed the URL of my blog to folks who cannot log in because they don’t have a WordPress account. This has never happened before. I have checked the web, and I have designated the blog as public. How do I fix this?

  That’s not the address of your site. People will need a WordPress.com account to access your posts via the Reader.
  Why not give people the proper address of your site. Then anyone can see it:
  https://medellinciudaddelaeternaprimavera.wordpress.com/
