The refund amount is less than the purchase amount

The bill clearly stated that the cost of the domain is 0 yuan, and the wordpress usage fee can be returned within 14 days, and now I initiate a refund within 14 days, but only part of the amount! Such behavior is an online fraud, please make a full refund or I will resort to consumer protection laws

If you used a domain credit to register a domain and request a refund after the 96-hour domain refund period, we will credit the difference between the cost of the plan and the cost of the domain. You will keep the domain and can use it elsewhere, or cancel it so it won’t be renewed next year. We have this information clearly stated in our refund policy here:

Since you cancelled your plan nine (9) days after purchase, the domain would fall under our refund policy stated above and the refund you received is correct.

If I purchased domain mapping and misspelled my domain during this process, you can cancel and refund within 14 days.
=>I did spell my domain name incorrectly. I originally wanted to be called winnie-desine, so can I get a refund? ? ?

Domain mapping and domain registration are two different subscriptions.
Domain mapping is free with any paid plan and consists of connecting a domain registered elsewhere to your WordPress.com site.
Domain registration (what you purchased) means getting the rights for one year to a newly created domain. As helper-heroponriki explained above, since we’re not able to issue a refund for it, we’re happy to restore it to your account. If that’s what you’d like to do, let us know ASAP. Canceled domains go through a series of stages, and the more time passes, the more difficult it is to get them back:
