The registration page just sits; why is there not create account button?

    I just filled out everything including the credit card information and nothing happens. The only option left is to upgrade to the Business level which I am not ready to do. Does this mean that this is a scam to get everyone to pony up to the expensive level? Where is the button that lets you create what you want?
