The reset/ recovery links aren't working for me.

  I am not finding a reset or recovery link in my Spam folder or Inbox.
  I don’t have the Proof of Ownership info you’re asking for ( it has been to long to remember).
  Please read my response to the two recovery forms I have submitted.
  I have had the same cell for over 18 years so my SMS number would be [redacted] if that helps.
  There has got to be a way to find my site that I created using WordPress.com

  I’m not having ANY success with this automated blog forum.
  I want to deal with a WordPress employee ( person ) capable of solving my problem and upgrading my plan to Premium and get my site back online!
