    Hi schen530,

    Would you be able to send the exact steps you are working through when this error message appears on whimsicalbydesign.wordpress.com? For example, go to the post editor, click Add > Media. It would be great if you could reply with those in a numbered list :)

    Can you also confirm which browser you are using when this happens? The version number can be found by visiting supportdetails.com.
