The Right Theme for Website with LOTS of Articles?

I’m helping someone build an informational website that will be a resource-hub for a particular topic. There will be ENDLESS posts, categories and tags (As well as brief article summaries and links out to the source).
I started with Enfold (kriesi.at) but am not liking the options for displaying posts on pages. The category list and tag-cloud widgets have a lot of limitations as well.
Does anyone have some good suggestions for high-quality premium themes for this project?

It’s not really clear what you’re looking for. All blogging themes are designed for sites with endless post, as that’s essentially all that blogs are. So without knowing what specific features you’re after, there’s not really anything we can base a recommendation on.
Also note that the forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. We can only help with our own themes that are listed under WordPress.com/themes.
The Enfold theme you mention above is made for the open source WordPress software made by the community on WordPress.org. Using a theme like that is possible on WordPress.com on our Business Plan only, but we cannot make recommendations or provide advice and support for themes made by other companies.
