Add topic to favorites
Ok, so I’m new here. I’m looking for a word press template that’ll allow me to do the following:

1) Upload mov files in (embed media… youtube is ok). 2) Post information for film investors. I also want to be able to sell the following through Paypal: books, download mp3 files, download mov. files, art work, clothing.

I’m looking at places like ThemeForest, and Webtreats now, but I’m not finding what I need. Is there another place I could look?

It sounds like you are looking for information about WordPress.ORG because you mention looking for themes via ThemeForest and Wbtreats…

You should know that there are 2 separate and distinct kinds of wordpress:
.ORG and .COM
take a moment to read about the differences:

If in fact you are asking about a wp.COM blog, then take a second peak at the TOS keeping in mind that you are wanting to sell a variety of things:

nah, I’m not looking to do any 3rd party affiliate marketing, pyramid, ect. I think the simple nature of the request is being missed.

If it is on your own server you should get help at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using – this forum is only for the support of sites hosted on WordPress.COM – see the above notes from @1tess

If you are hosting your own site, then you should be fine:
BUT
read about the difference between .COM and .ORG:

WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

You will be hosting your own site, and using wp.ORG software, correct?
Then you need to ask for help in the .ORG forum:

Two finger or ten finger typing, it’s difficult to get a balance between too terse and too friendly as volunteers here with only text to communicate!
