the search followers function hasn't been working

the search followers function/tab under my email followers doesn’t work. It does a google or complete wordpress site search, not just searching my followers. I also have several people who have sent me screenshots of them being signed up, but they are not listed in my email followers. Please help.

I just did a search of your followers on you Email follower page and I was able to find your follower. I did not get a Google or WordPress.com site search. Can you try one more time? I conducted my search here:

Can you show me these screenshots? Please upload it to your Media > Library page and I’d be happy to take a look!

I added the screenshot to the media library. My searched worked from your link, but when I pulled up same page from my stats on my own, it doesn’t work. Please help.

Hi there,
I was able to reproduce the issue with searching en.search.wordpress.com instead of searching just your followers. I have reported this back to our team for review.
As a workaround please search for your email followers going to the link I provided you or going to Dashboard > My Stats > Email-only Followers.
As for the screenshot- thank you! But, I wasn’t able to see exactly which email follower it was. Can you please provide me the email they used to follow your blog? Only I will be able to see the email and it will be removed for all viewers of this thread.
