The server cannot process the image

    This is Debasis here. I have a WordPress website named newedgecs.com. I am managing that website. But past few days I could not upload any images to the media library. The media files I couldn’t open it. It scrolls at any time. When I tried to upload a photo it won’t. It says “The server cannot process the image. This can happen if the server is busy, or does not have enough resources to complete the task. Uploading similar image help“. I tried to reduce the image and upload it, but still i have the same issue. So could you please tell me what was the issue?

    Hi there! You’ve landed on the support forums for websites that are hosted here on WordPress.com; it looks like your site http://www.newedgecs.com/ is hosted with another platform if I understand correctly? If so, were you intending to post to the WordPress.org forums at this link just below?

    I’m unfortunately unable to check why you’re having trouble with uploading/managing media, as it isn’t connected to our system here on WordPress.com. However if you would want us to have that sort of access, to provide daily backups, and our 24/7 support service (among other things), you could of course migrate over from your current host and use our Business plan!     Hii, it is not wordpress.com, it is WordPress.org. the site is wordpress.org

    Hello there,

    WordPress.org isn’t a service per say – it’s just where the free open source software can be obtained from.

    As above, we don’t have access to the site, so we are unable to help unless the site is migrated over to WordPress.com.

    You would need to reach out to the hosting provider, to see if there’s any issues with the server.
