  Hi @decmayoct,

  Is this for your hyanggimin.wordpress.com site? If not, I’m afraid that we can’t help directly because your 13.125.231.40 site is not with WordPress.com managed hosting. As such, we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.

  Instead, your host uses open-source WordPress.org software, which differs from what we offer here on WordPress.com.

  The good news though is that help is available in the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

  Otherwise, you may want to contact your host for further support.
