The service for WordPress is awful.

My site cannot be accessed and it gives the option to disconnect site only. There is not contact information for WordPress. I will never recommend this company unless they fix my problem. I’m paying for something I cant give use and my information is important to me.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
