The shopping cart won't let me renew my upgrade
-
the my subscriptions page says that I have to re-purchase the premium upgrade, but when I add it to my cart and try to buy it, it says that I already have that upgrade – did I just mean to renew it? It keeps sending me round and round in circles.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Caroline,
The Premium plan on the site http://blog.lakeshore.com/ is expiring, but only the WordPress.com account that purchased that plan the first time around can renew it. You’ll need to log in to that account (or ask the person who purchased it to log in) and head to the My Upgrades page to renew that upgrade.
Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)

Thank you. That person is no longer with the company. I may be able to contact her for this upgrade, but is there a way to transfer ownership of the blog to me? I am already an admin.

That person can transfer ownership of the blog themselves, or they can contact us directly and we’ll transfer everything for them. However, we’ll need the current owner to confirm that before making any changes.
