‘The site does not accept subscriptions’ error, need help

  “Hello my site is showing the error ‘The site does not accept subscriptions’ when people try to subscribe.

  I believe my subscriber importer email to jetpack state is stuck from a previous attempt. Could you please reset the stuck import state for my site so the subscription form can work again?
