the site doesn`t open

  When I try to open this web-site it doesn`t open. I have tried to do this on different computers. I’ve tried to open other web-site on wordpress of other person (http://motherman.wordpress.com/) on different computers. But the result is the same:

  Сайт yozhykovablog.wordpress.com не позволяет установить соединение.
  Попробуйте сделать следующее:
  Проверьте подключение к Интернету.
  Проверьте настройки прокси-сервера и брандмауэра.
  ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

  Which site are you talking about?

  motherman.wordpress.com does not exist yet – meaning the address has not been used yet to create a site on wordpress.com.

  Also, http://yozhykovablog.wordpress.com/ is reachable.

  Hello! thank you for the soonest answer. I was talking about http://yozhykovablog.wordpress.com/ Yesterday it was not reachable. And now is the same problem.

  I can also confirm that the site at https://yozhykovablog.wordpress.com/ is accessible for me.

  It sounds like you are having connection issues, especially since you tried to access a different site on WordPressdotcom with the same result.

  Have you tried to access the websites from a different Internet Service Provider/location? Please review these support guides for other possible solutions:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/bypassing-internet-restrictions/

  Thank You everyone who helped me in this question! Excuse me for many opened discussions on this topic, because I have not even had a chance to read this forum. I’ve contacted the staff of the provider call center. And I’ve got an information, that was some features of the provider’s work. Now this site is opening using the service of this provider.
