The site is blocked when I try to activate shaan theme

  Please help me to activate shaan theme on tamkuz.wordpress.net i want to change the theme but the site is blocked. What should I do? Can someone at support activate it for me?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  The Shaan theme was retired. It is only available on sites created before it was retired.
