    Could it be due to non-payment since my email address has been changed when my institution changed its name? Old address: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    New address: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there,

    The site you linked above appears to be functioning correctly. However upon navigating the menus, I was presented with a technical difficulties message.

    This appears to be a result of bad links in your menu bar. The “Home” and “About” pages are being linked to http://mediaclimate.net rather than the corresponding pages on mediaclimatedotnet.wordpress.com.

    If you navigate to the admin section of your site (i.e. login on WordPress.com), and locate the menu bar on the left side, you should see an option called “Appearance”, hover over that, and select the “Menus” option from the list. Once there, you can view all the menu links, and correct them there.
