Hi there,
Can you please let me know your site’s address so I can point you in the right direction of getting support?
Please note that these forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only. If your site is using the open-source WordPress.org software you need to seek help at these forums:

Hello. My website is http://www.emilyannephoto.com
I’d like to chat with someone over the phone to try and get his resolved. Is that possible? I’ve been trying to figure this out for days, and am having a really hard time here.

There is no telephone support at WordPress.com and even if there was help can only be supplied for sites actually hosted here. Your site is hosted at DreamHost. If they don’t offer support you’ll need to register an account at the correct forum (link already supplied above by a member of staff).

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with DreamHost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.
