    Hi,
    we were trying to add a new post to our website until the site crashed saying ‘The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’ Unfortunately we did not receive any mails that could help us solve this problem. The site seems to be completely out of order. For us, it is very important that the site is accessible, so we are really trying to solve this. Do you have any suggestions what we could do?
    Furthermore Site Health is saying ‘The REST API is one way WordPress, and other applications, communicate with the server. One example is the block editor screen, which relies on this to display, and save, your posts and pages.

    The REST API request failed due to an error.
    Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received’.
    Could this be the reason?

    Hi starsocietyorg,

    The account you are contacting us from hasn’t created any sites on WordPress.com yet. What is the address of the one you are working on?

    If it uses WordPress.org software with another host, the WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to ask for advice.
