As you mentioned, your site is hosted at Bluehost and that means it is usuing a completely different version of WordPress than sites hosted and supported here at WordPress.com.See this article on the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.
You will get support for your site at the forums at

You will need to sign up separately for those forums as WordPress.com and WordPress.org are 2 completely different entitities.For your login difficulties, a source of help for you could be your host, Bluehost.
The article referred to by miijassi above does refer to your version of WordPress but you will get your most appropriate support from documentation and forums over at WordPress.org.
