  As a next step, I would suggest that you contact your web hosting provider.

  When I reply to a support request that does not include a website address, I always want to add that this forum supports sites hosted with WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com staff has visibility and access to WordPress.com accounts that it does not have for other hosting platforms. For that reason, assistance here is very limited for sites running on other hosting services.

  If you need help identifying your web hosting provider, please reply again with the address of your website.
